1. Definitions

• "Service": The App and all related features.
• "User": Anyone who uses the App.

2. Acceptance & Eligibility

• You are at least 16 years old.
• You have legal capacity to accept these Terms.

3. User Obligations

• No unlawful use.
• No interference or reverse-engineering.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

4. License & Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. All rights reserved by Dyllz.

5. Features of the App

• Liking products.
• AI-based recommendations.
• Push notifications.

6. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services linked through the App.

7. Privacy

Use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We disclaim liability except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Dyllz from misuse-related claims or damages.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes will be handled by Czech courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance.
